In 1998 Tony led a successful MBO and became Managing Director with executive control of the Huthwaite Group of companies, leading the setting of strategy for all divisions. In addition, Tony maintains regular client contact, working with top teams, looking at the behaviour of organisations, groups and individuals to help them change behaviour to achieve sustained, improved results. Tony is a regular speaker at conferences and workshops on strategies for the future of successful selling.
Tony joined Huthwaite in 1990 as a training consultant and had responsibility for developing some of Huthwaite's biggest international accounts.
