Kate Fleming BSC (Hons) CIM Dip, CIPD. Kate's client-facing role is to focus on needs analysis, solution design, project management and evaluation. She is also responsible for developing and managing the team of trainers.
As a founder partner of Ridley Fleming, Kate developed all its training programmes. She has extensive practical experience working in professional service firms, including time as Marketing Director for a leading commercial law firm.
A well-known public speaker on Business Development, Kate also finds time to contribute challenging and informative articles and published papers on this and management development in professional firms.
