Judith Cocking

Senior Associate

Judith has enjoyed a successful career in sales, sales management, project management and more recently, executive coaching and training. She began her career in financial services selling and underwent comprehensive sales training, based primarily on SPIN®. She moved quickly into a management role and took on responsibility for sales training for both new recruits and experienced consultants. While running her sales team she doubled the sales production of the team in under a year, taking it to one of the top ten teams in the country. Judith developed her professional services sales expertise further when she moved into consultancy, working as client services director for a niche procurement and outsourcing firm. She focused primarily on new business development and account management, working across multiple sectors. One of her key accomplishments was to secure the company’s largest ever contract, which still accounts for more than 25% of the firm’s total revenue. At the beginning of 2003, Judith re-trained as an executive coach in order to pursue her passion for working with others to achieve greater performance. Judith has worked in the professional and financial services sector as part of the Ridley Fleming training faculty and has run a number of sales training programmes for their legal clients.
