Frances Cross AIPD has over 20 years experience in management and personal development training.
In the last 10 years Frances has specialised in training in the professional services sector. She has worked for 2 of the “Big 4” accountants, a number of banking institutions at corporate and treasury levels, and for many principal UK & international legal firms.
Frances has worked as an Independent Consultant for Ridley Fleming for a number of years and has been involved in the design and customising, as well as the delivery of programmes.
Frances has experience of training and consultancy in management skills, client service, coaching, negotiation, business development and key account management.
Recent projects include a firm wide client care programme for a leading regional law firm which involved training over 350 partners fee earners and business support staff; a business development programme for a leading UK bank which involved training over 80 corporate banking managers; the national sales training programme for a leading UK law firm, including one to one coaching.
Over the years, Frances has lead training programmes throughout the UK, Europe, Russia, Eastern Europe, South Africa and the USA, in sales and business development.
