Our approach

We believe in working with our clients to agree the content of our training programmes. Wherever possible we also like to customise exercises and role plays to reflect the real life situation delegates face. This approach aids skill transfer to the real world and helps even the most cynical delegates to appreciate the relevance of the new skills they are learning.

Our programmes cover the whole range of networking, selling and negotiating skills, allowing clients to "one stop shop" for their training solutions. The programmes also integrate with each other, so delegates receive consistent messages and reinforcement for earlier training. The length of each training module will depend on the skills being taught and the constraints of the situation. Our aim is always to deliver the maximum skill development within the time available.

Selling and negotiating skills can be difficult to master. We deliver complex skills in small, manageable steps allowing sufficient time to practice in a safe learning environment, to build both skills and confidence before they are used in a live situation.

To ensure rapid skill development we provide objective feedback after each practise session, to ensure delegates can see for themselves how they match up to the skill models of successful people. Delegate response to this form of skill training is extremely positive, and it produces rapid, measurable skill change.
