Ridley Fleming the professional services training and consultancy firm have been awarded the prestigious Legal Education & Training Group Training Organisation of the Year Award 2007.
It was with great pride and delight that the firm received the LETG award for 2007. This award, which is given by the membership of the LETG, is particularly significant because Ridley Fleming is the first specialist business development and management consultancy to receive it.
Business development skills are now a priority in the soft skills curriculum for most firms and with this comes an increasing challenge for both L&D departments and providers. The market for legal services, whilst buoyant, is increasingly competitive and the pace of change fierce. To ensure Ridley Fleming continue to provide relevant and innovative development solutions to enable partners and fee earners to capitalise fully on current and future market conditions the firm is strengthening its links with Huthwaite International.

This major step forward in business development training exclusively for lawyers is a statement of the firm’s intent to build on the recognition of the LETG training organisation 2007 award.
