Geoff Dodds is an experienced consultant, trainer and coach, with over 20 years’ of working in operational and consulting roles in the professional services industry.

At PwC, Linklaters and Lloyd’s of London, Geoff has held senior brand, marketing and business development roles.

Geoff has been a consultant with PwC and joined the Huthwaite Fleming team in 2010. His consulting work mainly involves helping organisations devise and implement effective brand, marketing and business development strategies. He has consulted widely across professional services and other B2B sectors, including legal, consulting, property, insurance, leasing, healthcare, nuclear and further education.

Geoff is an experienced trainer, facilitator, mentor and qualified business and personal performance coach. He has delivered training programmes for a number of organisations in sales, business development, branding, marketing and negotiation.

Geoff's career began in consumer goods with GSK, where he managed well-known brands such as Night Nurse, Aquafresh, Vosene and Airwick. His training at GSK included time in the sales team and he was subsequently seconded to manage the UK consumer field sales force.

He also spent several years in retailing as a Marketing Director with Dixons Stores Group and others.

Geoff has an MA in Oriental Studies from Churchill College, Cambridge. He is married, with three grown up children and lives in Weybridge, Surrey. In his spare time, he rows, flies, walks and reads – not all at once...
