As sales operations director of Huthwaite International, Annalize brings a wealth of sales management experience. She is passionate about sales and believes that sales is the responsibility of everyone in an organisation and not just that of the sales force.

Her main focus is to ensure that every client implementation is executed at the highest standard and that client relationships are maintained and valued by all employees.

Annalize first joined Huthwaite in Africa in 1998, where she spearheaded a variety of sales and service improvement programmes with a number of international clients. Since joining head office in the UK in 2002 Annalize has managed a number of large Huthwaite client implementations.
